How long is your delivery?

Depending on the size of the order, it takes around

1-3 business days to deliver the items. Also, we send out a confirmation email to confirm our delivery time and date. Any changes to the times and dates can be made by replying to an email when you are convenient to receive it.

We deliver to locations within Qatar currently such as Doha, Al Wakra, Al Khor, and many more.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for the items purchased from our website. In case a return is to be made, notify us through to get-in touch page or through email. We won't accept the return without the original packaging or damaged goods. Our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are there any hidden charges?

The items sold on our website do not consist of any hidden charges and are also tax-free. There are also no service charges for packaging and handling as well. Delivery is free of cost for orders more than Qr. 50/- otherwise there is a delivery fee of Qr.10/-.
